Our Room Bookings Terms and Conditions apply to bookings purchased in person, by telephone or online.

Room Bookings

1. When booking a room you are required to set-up an account with contact details. We will use the contact details you provided to contact you with any important information about your booking.
2. A booking confirmation is subject to payment by the customer and receipt of a Booking Confirmation email.
3. Any amendments to the original booking must be agreed in writing with both the venue and the customer.
4. Bookings are non-refundable except for the specific conditions detailed in section Refunds, cancellation and rescheduling.
5. If the event runs over the time confirmed on your booking, an additional charge will be levied. If you require additional time to set up your event this must be pre-booked and will be charged accordingly.
6. We cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to your personal property whilst at the venue.
7. We will make every effort to accommodate your seating requests and arrangements where possible.
8. All guests are required to stay within the confines of the particular function designated areas for their own safety, to avoid unnecessary annoyance to other events taking place at the venue, in turn your function may enjoy its own privacy and security. An adult must accompany children under 14 years old, for their own safety.
9. No bolts, nails, tacks, screws, adhesives, tape or other such fixing devices may be attached to the walls or fabric of any room, stairwell or corridor without permission from the venue. The venue reserves the right to charge the hirer the cost of reinstating or replacing any part of the venue which is damaged during the hire.

Right to admission

10. You are required to produce a valid booking confirmation on arrival to obtain entry.
11. The owner of the booking is responsible for all guests and their behaviour at the venue.
12. We reserve the right to ask you or any guests to leave the premises for disruptive behaviour and will take appropriate action to enforce this right.

Refunds, cancellation and rescheduling

13. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense caused by cancellation of a booking because of any force majeure incident including but not limited to severe weather conditions.
14. We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to football fixtures, International fixtures, concerts or any matter deemed necessary by the management. However, in this unlikely event every effort will be made to accommodate the booking in another part of the complex or offer an alternative date where possible.
15. If a booking is cancelled the owner of the booking will be informed by telephone or email and be given the following options.
    • Reschedule the booking for an alternative date and time.
    • Request a refund, which will be processed within 5 working days.

Menus and Dietary Requirements

16. Food options may be available at the time of booking.
17. All of our products are likely to contain nut derivatives and other allergic reaction causing products. We therefore accept no responsibility for any and all allergic reactions how so ever caused. It is the booking owner sole responsibility to check with all persons, guests, employed or connected persons, all of their respective allergies and make appropriate alternative arrangements. Booking owners must hold the company, the club and the connected persons Harmless and Indemnified against all of their acts and omissions.
